- Travel documents such as tickets, insurance, boarding passes should be carried both physically and digitally.
- Airline tickets will be sent to the group days prior to the trip, it is important to keep them both physically and digitally.
- We recommend completing your BioMig registration before traveling.
- We suggest you enroll in a mileage accumulation system once we notify you of the airline we'll be flying with.
- Carry an original passport in good condition, valid for at least 6 months.
- If you need to take medication during the flight, bring the corresponding medical prescription.
- COVID-19 vaccination card is not mandatory for entering Japan, but if you have it, it is recommended to carry it.
- Arrive at José María Córdoba airport 3 hours before the flight, any delay is your responsibility.
- Masks are not a health requirement, but it is recommended to carry some for use in Japan’s public transportation as a sign of respect for their culture.
- In cabin luggage, no sharp objects or liquids over 100ml are allowed.
- Do not place valuables and money in checked baggage; carry these items in hand luggage.
- The permitted baggage for international flights is 20kg in the hold and 10kg hand luggage.
- It is recommended that you wear easily removable shoes and comfortable clothing for the flight.
